For each appliance or system in your home that requires servicing, please complete a separate form. It's important to provide the make, model, and serial number for every item that needs attention. After your request is submitted, an AFC representative might contact you for further details if needed.

TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSIS/REPAIR

The technician will diagnose the issue and seek authorization if repairs can be done immediately. Should there be a need to order parts or supplies, the technician will submit the diagnosis online to obtain authorization.

PAYMENT

After the approved repairs have been carried out, we will get in touch with you to confirm the completion and to make sure you are satisfied with the work done. Following this, we will directly handle the payment to the technician.

  • Homeowner’s insurance typically focuses on major structural problems and damages from events like weather incidents, fires, or theft. AFC steps in to complement this, covering the everyday functionality of your home's systems and appliances, areas where homeowner’s insurance doesn't reach.
    We do not require a home inspection to qualify for an AFC Home Club membership. Any issue that occurs after your 30-day waiting period is eligible for coverage.
